Piedmont Integrative Medicine is seeking a versatile, patient-centered professional to join our team in Winston-Salem. We practice root- cause, holistic medicine, and we are looking for a team member who wants to learn and grow with us.

Job Role (Hybrid):

This is a unique position for a flexible "can do" professional. You will be the bridge for our patients, managing both the front-of-house experience and back-office clinical duties.

Front Office: You are the first impression. Responsibilities include warm patient reception, phone triage, scheduling, and administrative coordination.

Back Office: You are the clinical support. Responsibilities include expert venipuncture (Required), patient rooming, vitals, injection preparation, and assisting our Dr. with holistic procedures.

Who You Are:

Skilled Phlebotomist: You are confident and gentle with blood draws (this is a daily requirement).

Holistic Mindset: You have a genuine interest in Integrative Medicine, nutrition, and wellness.

Versatile: You don’t say "That's not my job". You are happy to answer a phone one minute and draw labs the next.

Requirements:

Current CMA (AAMA/AMT) or LPN License.

Minimum 1-year experience with Venipuncture (Phlebotomy).

Associates Degree (Required).

Compensation & Schedule:

Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Thursday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM (Enjoy 3- day weekends!).

Pay: $22.75/hr. (Based on experience).
